The new action movie Prince of Persia Sands of Time is set in 9th century medieval Persia. A young adventurous prince played by Jake Gyllenhaal uncovers a dangerous artifact in a remote mountain kingdom and with the help of an enemy princess played by Gemma Arterton, must stop a tyrant from unleashing a sandstorm that could destroy all.

This new movie directed by Mike Newell and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, was based on a 2003 video game of the same name. Prince Dastan “Jake Gyllenhaal” Judging on the looks of the trailer, Prince Dastan will be our next great action hero.

“The Prince of Persia Sands of Time” hits theaters May 2010. The character costumes for this movie are sure to be a hit this Halloween season.
